Have you ever felt that deciding meals too far ahead can feel a little uncomfortable? In this video, I share how my way of eating has gently changed — listening to my body, the ingredients, and choosing what feels right today. As the year comes to an end, my family will gather together, and I find myself wanting to slow down and return to simple, home-cooked meals.This dinner is inspired by “Ma-go-wa-ya-sa-shii”, a traditional Japanese way of thinking about eating a little of many different things — not perfectly, but naturally, one day at a time. Rather than following strict rules, I’m learning to trust today’s body, today’s appetite, and today’s rhythm.This is my Japanese way of eating, lived gently in everyday life. Hi!
