We draw a line with a ruler and cut it. Then we mark the length of the cover 73 cm + 1 cm for the zipper, draw a line and cut off the excess fabric. The pillowcase we cut out turned out with one solid edge, so we only need to process 3 edges. Go to the sewing machine. Fold the fabric face to face. Quilt along the entire length with needles so that the fabric does not shift when stitching. We begin stitching, focusing on the edge of the fabric like this. The fabric we selected should be dense, I chose linen. Needle 90, thread 40, seam step 2.5 mm. We stitch the other side in the same way. Now we change the zipper foot. Place the edge of the foot exactly along the edge of the cover and stitch until the zipper stops, and do the same with the other side. Look at the front of the pillowcase, and on the back, this seam is called a sewing seam.
