Ко мне обратился клиент с просьбой провести обследование направленное на выявление недостатков только что построенного дома перед приёмкой (подписанием акт-приёмки работ). Интересной особенностью данного объекта что строительная компания заказывала сторонний строительный контроль ( технадзор) который на определённом этапе выявил проблему, но строительство дома при этом продолжилось.
