#راحة_الحجاج_بفستق_حلبي_دلال_حناوي المقادير ممكن تقيسي المقادير بفنجان القهوه السوري لتصغر الكميه وممكن أكواب براحتكم صغرتي الكوب صغر المقدار كبرتي كبرالمقدار بسم الله المقادير —أربع فناجين سكر عادي وممكن ثلاث فناجين ونصف —ثلاث فناحين ماء —فنجان نشاء كورن فلور -رشة ملح بتشد القوام وبتعدل الطعم —تمن ملعقه صغيره مقاس ملح الليمون نضع بأول مرحله تمن ملعقه صغيره وبتاني مرحله تمن ملعقه صغيره انتبهو —ملعقه كبيره ماء ورد —مستكه ملعقه صغيره (انتبهو لاتكترو بتمرمر اخلطوهامع رشة سكر طحن ناعم وتوضع بآخر مرحله ) —ملعقة زيت (لدهن الأكياس النايلون اللي راح نمد الراحه عليه وناخد شكل حسب الذوق ) —فستق أو أي مكسرات حسب الذوق الشخصي إصولها فستق حلبي —نشا لرش الراحه بعد طبخها وتبريدها وتقطيعها
