こんにちは、料理研究家のゆかりです。 今回は、ヨーグルトシフォンケーキの作り方をご紹介します。混ぜて焼くだけで簡単！ヨーグルト風味でさっぱりフワフワ食感！まるでお店のように美味しいシフォンケーキがおうちで手軽に作れます。とても美味しいので、ぜひ作ってみてください。 Hello, I'm Yukari, a cooking researcher. This time, I'll show you how to make yogurt tp chiffon cake. It's easy, just mix and bake! It has a yogurt flavor and a refreshing, fluffy texture! You can easily make a delicious chiffon cake at home, just like the ones you get at a restaurant. It's so delicious, so please give it a try. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ■材料（15cmシフォンケーキ型1台分） ・卵 3個 ・薄力粉 60g ・プレーンヨーグルト 60g ・グラニュー糖 20g / 40g ・サラダ油 40ml ■作り方 1.卵を白身と黄身にわける。 2.黄身を溶きほぐし、グラニュー糖 20gを加えてよく混ぜる。 3.サラダ油、ヨーグルト、薄力粉の順に加えよく混ぜる。 4.卵白にグラニュー糖40gを加えながら泡立てる。 5.2つの生地を少しずつ合わせふわっと混ぜる。 6.型に流し入れ、170度に予熱したオーブンで7〜10分焼き取り出し、4カ所に切り込みを入れる。 7.170度のオーブンで170度のオーブンで23分焼き、逆さまに冷まし完成。 ■ingredients ・3 Eggs ・60g Cake flour ・60g Plain yogurt ・20g / 40g Granulated sugar ・40ml Vegetable oil ■Instructions 1. Separate the egg whites and yolks. 2. Beat the yolks, add 20g granulated sugar and mix well. 3. Add salad oil, yogurt and plain flour, in that order, and mix well. 4. Add 40g granulated sugar to the egg whites while whisking. 5. Gradually combine the two batters and mix until fluffy. 6. Pour into a mold and bake in a preheated 170° oven for 7-10 minutes, remove and cut in 4 places. 7.
