To entice their youngest daughter Jhih-ping to settle down in her hometown, the outlying island of Dongju, Uncle Rong has built her a brand-new B&B. This is Jhih-ping’s third year back home after graduating from college. She loves island life but maintaining a long-distance relationship with her boyfriend is taking its toll. In today’s episode, we meet 25-year-old Jhih-ping, as she finds herself torn between her aging parents and her boyfriend. Jhih-ping only planned to come home for a while to help with the family B&B, but with her father’s sudden health deterioration, can she bear to leave? In her heart of hearts, she wants to settle down and raise kids on Dongju, but her boyfriend is dead set on living in Taiwan, so what will happen?
