生炒糯米饭的材料 Stir-Fried Glutinous Rice Ingredients : - 200克糯米(浸泡三小时) 200g glutinous rice(soaked for 3 hour) - 6粒葱头仔 6 shallots - 2瓣蒜米 2 cloves of garlic - 10克的虾米 10g of dried shrimp - 冬菇两粒 2 dried shiitake mushrooms - 一条腊肠 1 Chinese sausage - 一汤匙蚝油 1 tablespoon oyster sauce - 一汤匙酱油 1 tablespoon soy sauce - 半汤匙黑酱油 1/2 tablespoon dark soy sauce - 半汤匙糖 1/2 tablespoon sugar - 200毫升的水(浸泡过冬菇和虾米的水)200ml of mushroom + dried shrimp soaking water - 一把青葱 a handful of chopped spring onions
