張老師從小就不喜歡上學，常常問大人「為什麼要上學？」隨著年紀增長，他在書中發現其實很多大人物也不喜歡上學，為了尋找答案，大學畢業後選擇繼續求學，到美國攻讀教育相關的碩士學位。這次，他將從歷史、人類學和語言等多方面的觀察，提出為何許多人不喜歡上學？而在察覺此問題後，台灣如何著手改變？同時，家長們可以用什麼想法看待及面對這樣的變化？ 張睿銓，音樂製作人，彰化基石華德福學校教師，教授歷史、文學、寫作、英文等相關課程。曾於中興大學、暨南大學、政治大學任教共十餘年。2018年台北詩歌節音樂會音樂總監。 音樂創作以基於hip-hop/rap的跨界音樂為主，強調社會關懷與文化批判。曾獲頒金音創作獎和臺灣原創流行音樂大獎，也曾獲2017年美國獨立音樂網站Just Plain Folks音樂獎四項提名。近年來除擔任各類音樂競賽評審，他也與實驗教育團隊合作，進行課程設計與師資訓練，參與教育改革行動。 This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
