「飛越啟德」是一個用作鼓勵和支持社區體育活動發展的慈善基金，旨在透過體育及健體相關活動，促進及推廣身心健康，造福社群，並積極支持創建或舉辦各類型體育活動，藉以提供予各階層人士參加。 “Kai Tak Sports Initiative” (KTSI) is a charitable foundation aimed to advance and promote physical and mental health for the benefit of the Hong Kong community through sports and fitness related activities. It actively supports the creation and organizing a variety of sports related programmes that are open to participants from all walks of life. 目標： —　通過教育提升市民對身心健康重要性的意識； —　為不同年齡、能力、技術水平及背景的市民帶來參與運動的機會； —　啟發社區基層人士，可透過運動發展個人技能及專長，從而改善生活。 Objectives： - To raise awareness through education on the importance of physical and mental well-being; - To provide sports opportunities to people of all ages, abilities, skill levels and backgrounds; - To inspire underprivileged people to improve their livelihoods by developing their personal skills and expertise through sports.
