#plymouth This is a far too brief History of Plymouth. From humble beginnings as the value-line to compete with Ford and Chevy, to the great cars of the 60s, the disasters of the 70s, the near bankruptcy of the early 80s, the K-Cars, the MiniVans and eventualy becoming just badge-engineered and decontented .... Plymouth has an interesting history. Ultimately being cancelled by Daimler-Chrysler after years of slow sales and I believe a company not knowing what to do with the marque.
