In this video, I share insights from new monks who have been training in the monastery for 1–4 months. Men from around the world join our ordination programs, stepping away from their busy lives to experience meditation, discipline, simplicity, and community. As they settle into the monastic lifestyle, something beautiful begins to unfold: a clearer understanding of happiness.
