As we continue to search for a dream tiny house or tiny living situation, we continue to tour tiny homes, park model RV's, cabins, mobile homes, manufactured homes, HUD homes, ADU's and even modular foldable type homes. In this video, we toured a Tiny House made by Avery Cabin Company in Hamilton, Alabama (ANSI Park Model Tiny Home) that is for sale at Atkinson Homes in Childersburg, Alabama. (This is an AC-115 we think) In the near future, we plan to visit Avery and tour a few models on their manufacturing lot. You may remember Atkinson from earlier videos. We toured a couple Clayton Park Models and a couple single wides there. This home is the first in a while that we have toured that has a loft. The stairs to the loft are safe and comfortable to climb, but as with most tiny homes on wheels the loft height is limited due to transportation requirements. It would be great for additional storage, but is designed for extra sleeping for guests.
