I quite liked the afternoon tea at the Ritz, and because reviews on the internet say that Claridge’s afternoon tea might be even better, I was really looking forward to this afternoon tea. The interior is beautiful. The location of the hotel is excellent. The staff is extremely friendly. Live music is great, and the food! Food is extraordinarily delicious. I really liked desserts in the afternoon tea at the Ritz. But I think it's fair to say that desserts at Claridge's were even better. [EDIT: February 2020] - The prices are advertised as 'from £70' + 12.5% service charge from this year. The price - The advertised price for the regular afternoon tea experience (no champagne etc.) is £60, but they charge 12.5% service charge on top of it, which makes it quite a hefty £67.5.
