Every device will come with all accessories, cables and operating systems. All Apple certified refurbished products are packaged in a brand new white box and will be sent to you with free shipping and returns. Apple back their quality commitment by including a one year warranty as standard and you also have the option of getting the AppleCare as well and service and support is there included up to 90 days. So if we take this at face value, what Apple is saying is that you're going to get a new phone 100% replaced and all the parts are going to be working and functioning as you expect, as if you were buying a new one. So at reboxed®, we sell three grades of phones. We sell Premium, Great and Fair.
