After months of waiting and a pile of parts, our budget Golf R is finally coming back to life. We’ve rebuilt the engine to handle serious power, added an APR big turbo, upgraded intercooler, boost pipes, carbon intake, and both high- and low-pressure fuel pumps, plus a full multiport injection setup. A South Bend Stage 3 clutch and single-mass flywheel are in to hold all the power, and we buttoned it all up to keep a clean, factory look under the hood.
