Air Fry the Pork: Place the pork in the air fryer basket, skin side down. Cook at 360°F (180°C) for 20 minutes. Remove, poke the pork belly skin again, and place it back in the air fryer, skin side up. Cook at 400°F (200°C) for an additional 25 minutes. Rest and Slice: Allow the pork to rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing to retain juices. Slice the crispy pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
