Don't miss Putian's most famous braised noodles, alkaline noodles with red mushrooms, pork belly, dried scallops, and dried shrimp, simmered in a rich, sticky broth that's incredibly comforting and warming. The Luomutian Old Street area offers a variety of local snacks, soy milk fried Xinghua rice noodles near the temple, Putian-style fried buns by the arcade buildings, and braised pork and Si noodle below the hall, they are all authentic Fujian delicacies.
