RECIPE #2 🔹Ingredients🔹 ✔Warm water - 100 ml. ✔Warm milk - 80 ml. ✔Sugar - 1 tsp. ✔Fast-acting dry yeast - 4 g. ✔Salt - 1/2 tsp. ✔Odorless vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. ✔ Bran (I used wheat) — 80 g ✔ Wheat flour — 150 g (+/- 20 g) 🕒 Bake at 160°C/320°F for about 25 minutes.
