There are times in this world when we just have to do it wrong! We kick off this episode of Life on the Moose by installing a window and door in the barn loft...incorrectly. Now why the heck would we do that?! Ahhh the freedom of working where it never rains. Wait what? Indeed, where we install this window and door, it will never rain...because it's in the inside of a barn. So the outside is inside? Well yeah! Therefore, that means we can eliminate certain CORRECT installation methods, and utilize other's that would normally be a NO-NO. Oh, and after door trim made from burnt ponderosa milled on the ranch, and window trim made from re-purposed wood from an old house we tore down, the Great Wall of Moose gets the special Red Moose Ranch board & batten and cedar stain.
