My name is Anita, I am in my sixties and a Senior following an Animal Based Ketogenic Diet. Most days that looks like Carnivore! I prefer to follow Carnivore with a 'K' because I believe in making ketones, after having gone from low carb to keto to ketovore and now mostly Carnivore. I have lost almost 150lbs over the course of the past few years. The goal of this channel is to make Keto and Carnivore more accessible to the average person who has found themselves getting older and sicker and finds the idea of just eating meat to be too overwhelming.
