It’s basically a hand plane on steroids which makes them super fast and highly efficient! Like all power tools, the electric planer can be a scary tool for the newly initiated. In this video, l hope to build up your confidence and take away the fear factor when using the planer. The planers come in both corded and battery-powered models. I’m a bit old school and have a corded planer, that way l always have 100% power at all times. The good thing about the corded model is that you can pick up a good one for a reasonably cheap price compared to the good quality battery-powered models.
