On Day 4, we explored Hong Kong’s incredible Cantonese roast meat culture, from the juiciest char siu in Hong to the most legendary roast goose! Finally on Day 5 we had some more classic Hong Kong breakfast dim sum, and the highlight of the day was going to the best Cantonese food restaurant in all of Hong Kong for their signature flower crab!
