'Blood Trail' Led Police To Gunshot Victims After Julio Foolio Murder

Officer Zachary Conway of the Tampa Police Department testified in Alicia Andrews' trial today (Thursday, October 23, day 2) over rapper Julio Foolio's murder last year. Conway responded a call about 4:45 a.m. and found a black Dodge Charger riddled with bullets with a dead man inside. He followed a blood trail into the Holiday Inn, where he and other officers found two injured individuals, Mr. Norris and Mr. Xavier Edwards, who were hospitalized. Both victims were shot but did not identify the shooter.
