Hi, My name is Gina. Thanx for joining me here on my NEW Channel. I have begun this channel to practice this new medium to learn how to film, edit and share my renovation projects on this 1857 Historic Home I bought in May of 2021. Choosing to Restore another property was a personal choice. Healing through Renovation and Travel. I share a bit of my writings from 'My ITALIAN Therapy' my audiobook, some renovation & day to day to do's. There will be recipes for healthy living, creations of salves that have helped me heal my tumors over the years and many travel adventures. We will soon be heading to Portugal & Italy for the winter. Welcome to Abruzzo the air said as I drove into my new village to see my unseen flat I bought via a YouTube channel. Majellacase Immobilare. Paola and her group were absolutely fabulous to work with from US. I made it, I made it. Now to clean. Sorry for the jumpy all over the place video. I was weary from the journey and waited so long to get into this building I did not know where to begin. I promise it will be calmer from now on. I wanted to look at every nook and cranny. I had been thinking about this flat and asking all the same questions you all are since I bought it on line last year. I had never been to this particular village but have been to Abruzzo many times.
