Broccoli Salad 2 bunches broccoli, cut into florets 20 slices bacon, fried and crumbled 1 cup golden raisins 1 cup chopped pecans 1/2 cup chopped onions 1 cup mayonnaise 1 cup sugar 6 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar 1/2 cup sour cream Combine the broccoli, bacon, raisins, pecans, and onions in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, stir together the mayonnaise, sugar, apple cider vinegar, and sour cream. Pour this dressing over the broccoli mixture just before serving and gently fold together.
