Welcome back, team! Today I’m taking you through a full body "strength-focused" workout at Champs Elysium Gym here in St Pete Florida. Im in the middle of building out my next Hyperfocused Glute Program so today you get a sneak peak into one of those workouts 💪🍑. This session blends upper- and lower-body training to challenge strength (bench press, overhead press, pull ups) along with some mobility work — perfect for anyone who wants to lift heavier for stength but still build a nice set of glutes. We’ll hit pull-ups, dips, bench press, leg press and plenty of glute medius work, plus I’ll share why I’m adding more strength training into my hypertrophy blocks and how this transition improves both power and muscle growth.
