On today’s episode of Local Legends we learn why a Michelin-Starred restaurant chef, Dan Giusti, left his job at one of the world’s best restaurants, NOMA in Copenhagen, to start cooking school lunches for kids. He founded Brigaid in 2016, a company that connects chefs with institutional food programs like public schools and nonprofit private schools, to bring healthy, affordable, and delicious food to our growing kids across the country.
