The Backlogs accidentally left the door open so I just let myself in. Here's me having a go at that One Shot Contest all the other Soulstubers have been doing. Huge thanks to @Johnothythefirst for creating the 3D animations! Since I included it in the video, here is why I think Fire Surge counts as one attack: There is no distinction between pressing or holding the attack button in either The Backlog's or Vageta311's rules. Much like Fire Tempest, Fire Surge factors in buffs from BEFORE the first cast. This means if the first cast didn't have the Red Tearstone Ring buff, even if the player's health later drops into the appropriate range the buff still won't be applied to any subsequent casts.
