Chinese Scallion Pancakes (葱油饼) are addicting treats! They’re crispy on the outside and flaky & chewy in the inside. Within each layer are scallions nestled in between. They taste and smell extremely fragrant especially when pan-fried 😌 My favorite part is when the scallions pop out of the dough and get charred on the pan for extra flavor! 😋 They are also super easy to make and can be enjoyed on its’ own or with a dipping sauce (sauce recipe included in the video). After rounds of recipe testing different flour ratios and wrapping techniques, I’ve finally finalized a recipe that’s both flaky and crispy. I hope you enjoy it!
