Now it's time for Christmas cakes, in my new video Christmas Mini Cakes Gift Box tutorial you can see how to make the most beautiful Christmas mini cakes. The recipe I use is a simple cake recipe. The cake I make is a delicious cake with raspberries, it helps to make the mini cake very juicy and fresh in taste. The cakes are put together with a white Chocolate Ganache and cut into small round mini cakes. The leftover cake will also be used in the video. I knead the leftover cake together into a Cake pops dough and make some balls of approx. 10 g which are one of the decorations on one of the mini cakes. I make 43 mini cakes from this recipe, that's a lot and you can halve the recipe. I make 7 different decorations, some easy and some a little more difficult and you can make the one you like the most. At the end of the video I show how the Christmas mini cakes are packed in small boxes with 4 mini cakes in each. It's the perfect sweet gift when you're going out to family and friends this Christmas. You can make the cakes well in advance because they can keep in the fridge for 14 days or you can put them in the freezer.
