// CITRUS CANDY // From the moment you slice any citrus fruit open, you always seem to enjoy the smell and savour its sour juices. Then imagine carrying citrus candies in your pockets every day? Citrus fruits being the only ones who can take you through an entire emotion of bitter, sweet and sour let’s get started with our candy making recipe to trat our taste buds already: Ingredients: - Oranges /Lemons - Ice water - Sugar - Water - Granulated sugar Preparation : • Slice 2 numbers of lemons/ oranges and cook for 5 to 6 minutes in water. • Remove them and place them in a bowl of ice water. • Take 1 ½ cup of sugar and add them in water on a pan. • Slowly start placing the slices of lemons/oranges and cook them for 40minutes. • Remove the slices separately on a grilled surface and let it dry for upto 24 hours until completely dry. • Now coat them with granulated sugar and go all in!!!
