I'm NCommander, also known as FOSSFirefighter in various parts of the Internet. I have a passion for retrotech, digital preservation, and studying the facts that help build the technological world we live in today. In the past, I used to professionally develop the Ubuntu operating system, volunteered as an interior firefighter in Henrietta, NY, and traveled across the world living out of a backpack for years at a time.
