If you love Indian food, village cooking, and big food challenges, eating challenge , drinking challenge ,food challenge , don’t forget to: 👍 Like | 📲 Share | ❤️ Subscribe 🥔 Simple Aloo Paratha Recipe ✅ Ingredients: Boiled Potatoes Wheat Flour Green Chillies Onion Fresh Coriander Leaves Ginger Garlic Salt Red Chilli Powder Coriander Powder Garam Masala Dry Mango Powder (Amchur) Cumin Seeds Butter / Ghee Cooking Oil Water 👨‍🍳 Method: 1️⃣ Mash the boiled potatoes properly. 2️⃣ Add onion, spices, ginger, garlic, and coriander. Mix well. 3️⃣ Prepare a soft dough using wheat flour and water. 4️⃣ Fill the stuffing inside the dough and roll it into a paratha. 5️⃣ Cook on a hot tawa with butter/ghee on both sides. 6️⃣ Fry until golden brown and serve hot 😋🔥
