Ingredients: Minced Chicken - 200 gms Chopped Onion - 1 big Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp Chopped Green Chilli - 2 Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp Salt - to taste Fennel Powder - 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder - 1 tsp Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp Eggs - 2 Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp Fresh Breadcrumbs - 1 cup Coriander Leaves - 1/4 cup Oil for frying Preparation: Into a bowl, add the minced chicken. To this, add chopped onion, ginger garlic paste, chopped green chilli, red chilli powder, salt, fennel powder, black pepper powder, Garam Masala and turmeric powder. Mix everything really well. Add 1 beaten egg, lemon juice, fresh breadcrumbs and chopped coriander leaves. Combine everything really well. Grease your palms with some oil. Take small portion of the mixture and roll it into a ball.Make similar balls with the remaining mixture. Now dip each chicken ball with beaten egg and coat with fresh breadcrumbs. Place these meatballs in the freezer for at least 30 minutes. Heat oil for frying. Drop the chicken meatballs into the hot oil. Set the flame between low and medium and fry them until crisp and golden brown. Remove onto a kitchen towel to get rid of the excess oil. Crispy Chicken Meatballs are now ready to be served.
