[cc] Welcome to the “Fast Easy Delicious” virtual family ❤️ Discover one of the most reliable and easy no-knead bread recipes you can make at home. This 3-cup dough uses cold water and slow hydration, creating a loaf that is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with minimal effort and maximum flavor. Ingredients (Full Measurements): • 460 ml / 15.6 oz / 2 cups (US) cold water • 7 g / 2 ¼ tsp dry yeast • 400 g + 200 g = 600 g total flour used gradually  – 200 g (7.1 oz) first addition  – 400 g (14.1 oz) added later • 9 g / 1 ½ tsp salt Method Overview: Mix cold water, yeast, and 200 g flour until smooth. Cover and rest for 10 minutes. Add remaining 400 g flour and 9 g salt gradually. Mix with a spoon or spatula; no kneading required. Cover and rise at room temperature until doubled (20–25°C). Dust, shape gently, fold, and rest for 15 minutes. Shape again, rest 30 minutes, flour the top, and score. Bake at 210°C / 410°F for 30 minutes, with steam (boiling water in a bowl). You get a loaf that is beautifully crispy on the outside and perfectly soft inside — and it always works. Enjoy with butter, thyme, and red pepper flakes… it’s incredible.
