Armed with a Slidepod Ultra (featuring a slide-out induction kitchen, 20L fresh water tank, and outdoor shower) and a gas-strut-assisted Skypod roof tent , I head out on a 3-day North Devon coastal road trip to put this modular setup to the ultimate test. Watch as I attempt to cook a massive steak dinner using the PV5's 3.6 kW Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) system (and explain exactly why overloading it with an air fryer and induction hob is a brilliant learning moment!).
