Dead Space 2's Achievements are INCREDIBLY Punishing

Dead Space 2 has an achievement called Hard To The Core, and to get it you have to complete the whole game on the hardest difficulty with only 3 saves. People say this is the hardest challenge in the Dead Space series, and I'm going to complete it to find out.
