Raj, a successful criminal lawyer, is introduced to a popular singer, Sargam, by music magnate Ashwin. Tarang loves his childhood friend Sargam but she starts loving Raj soon. Ashwin, who misbehaves with Sargam, is murdered in Tarang’s house. Tarang claims that he's innocent and Sargam approaches Raj to defend him.
