After that initial phase of 25 years he started to play more sparingly, both at private parties and at clubs that request his services. Lately he has been performing once a month at "Jardins Gala", in Girona capital, where the wedding dinner of the famous painter Salvador Dalí was held. Joan Roig es un D.J. Español que estuvo actuando ininterrumpidamente en numerosas Discotecas del país desde 1972 y durante más de 25 años, ganando un concurso provincial de D.J.'s en 1980 y destacando precisamente por sus grandes mezclas. Después de esa fase inicial de 25 años pasó a pinchar de manera más espaciada, tanto en fiestas privadas como en clubs que le solicitan sus servicios.
