Twenty years on, this film brings together 13 ordinary people who were caught in an event they weren't able to fully comprehend at the time and which they are still working through. The documentary covers: Personal Accounts of the Attack 0:32 - 13:20 : Several individuals share their terrifying experiences inside the World Trade Center and the Pentagon, describing the explosions, the chaos, and their desperate efforts to escape. One artist, who had a studio on the 91st floor of the North Tower, recounts being there early and leaving just before impact, later trying to recreate the view she lost.
