Video Description

In a speech full of ominous overtones of a surveillance state, potential election interference and Americans being targeted by the government for their views, U.S. Sen. Elissa Slotkin on Oct. 29 painted a picture of where she believes President Donald Trump intends to take the nation in the weeks and months to come. "He has one goal, making sure that he and his ilk never have to give up power," Slotkin, D-Michigan, said in remarks delivered during a forum on international policy at the Brookings Institution in Washington.
