Thank you all for watching. -Ingredients- Based on Korean size 2 (cake size : width 19cm x height 14cm (Requires 3 sheets 18 cm in diameter x 1.5 cm in height) (Adjusting the amount of recipe: Divide by 1.44 or multiply by 1.44) as one size gets smaller and larger. Mini(width 12cm) – Divide this recipe 1.44 twice. Size 1(width 18cm) – Divide 1.44. Size 3(width 21cm) – Multiply 1.44. Size 4(width 24cm) – Multiply 1.44 twice. Size 2 of Genoise (Requires 3 sheets 18 cm in diameter x 1.5 cm in height) 5 large bananas 100g Dark Couverture 50g vegetable cream. 340g heavy cream + 290g vegetable cream (heavy cream-I used Elle & Vire Excellence) 40g unsweetened Cocoa Powder(Valrhona is good) 43g sugar Ganache: 50g Dark couverture + 50g heavy cream Decorative Whipping Cream: 80g vegetable cream. ♥I recommend you to check the details through the video :) 1. Dissolve 100g of dark couverture over hot water and dissolve 50g of vegetable cream completely. 2. Mix 340g of heavy cream + 290g of vegetable cream in three parts. 3.Put a wrap on the chocolate cream and refrigerate it for at least 2 hours to keep it cold. 4.Cut 3 slices of Genoise into 1.5cm thicknesses, then sprinkle watery sugar syrup made in a ratio of water 9: sugar1 and wrap them not to dry. 5. Peel 5 big bananas and divide them into 3 pieces. 6.Place sheet-cream 0.5cm-Banana-Cream-sheet-cream 0.5cm-Banana-Cream-sheet in order. 7.Do crumbcoat and do icing it with the thickness of 0.3~0.5cm. 8.Dark Couverture 50g+heavy cream 50g is completely dissolved over hot water, and then chocolate dripping deco is applied on the top of the cake at 35~40 degrees (a slightly warm temperature on the back of your hand). 10.Create cream decoration like kisses chocolate with using 869k tip.(use 80g whipped vegetable cream) 11.Spray unsweetened cocoa powder evenly on a thin sieve. ●This video is the intellectual property of Romitube.
