China has been Bangladesh's largest trading partner for 15 consecutive years. There are currently nearly 1,000 Chinese enterprises operating in the country, which have created more than 550,000 jobs. In this edition of Leaders Talk, CMG's Zou Yun sat down with Muhammad Yunus, Chief Adviser of Bangladeshi Interim Government, during his trip to China from March 26 to 29, when he attended the Boao Forum for Asia Annual Conference 2025 in Hainan and visited Beijing. Yunus said that his country has benefited from collaboration with China as he expects bilateral relations to enter a new stage. "China is an inspiration for the whole world," remarked Yunus, who was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 2006 for founding the Grameen Bank and pioneering the concepts of microcredit and microfinance.
