A couple of weeks ago I've been invited by a kind friend of mine who works for Tamini, an Italian company that designs and builds power transformers, to witness the departure of one of their heaviest transformers from their headquarter in Legnano (near Milan) towards a warehouse. The heavy load was entrusted to Fagioli transport department, which prepared 16 + 16 axle lines trailers provided with a Schnabel car structure in order to support the 300 tons transformer.
