With rain in the forecast, protecting the shed floor becomes the priority, and back at the farm Amaury builds a temporary structure to keep the tarp in place and stop water from ruining our work. But just when it feels like we’re ready for the next big step, unexpected news changes everything: the oak won’t be ready for another two weeks. The shed renovation is officially on pause. So instead of waiting, we make a decision that shifts the entire plan. A brand-new project begins — one we didn’t plan on starting just yet.
