Forging a rogues rondel dagger from Dark and Darker. This rondel is forged from low layer twisted damascus or pattern welded steel. Much like a Stiletto, the rondel is a more stout version of the spiked dagger . All of the hilt parts are forged as well. Matt even added a challenge by trying to forge the pommel from an old piece of rebar. We show how to spiral flute and wood handle for a dagger using nothing but files.
