From the Swamp to Table - Alaskan Moose Hunt

We hunt moose here in Alaska to provide our families with wild-caught, free-range, organic goodness. This hunt was probably the most brutal one I have been on. It just did not stop raining, and harvesting a moose in the swamp is no easy task. In this video, I take you through the whole journey of the hunt and follow through with showing you our complete processing of the animal. We built these 14' mini (not-so-mini) jet boats. We don't have plans for them; they are our design from the bottom up. Currently, I am right in the middle of a run of my Alaskan Hunter knives. Two of my favorite makers will be doing their own spin on this knife (small batch). Josh at Wilder Knives of Alaska will also be doing a small run of them as well.
