Full Restoration on Allen Edmonds Carlyle: Patina, shine and Re-lasting

Wowsers! This was one of my most difficult restorations. These Allen Edmonds Carlyle were an absolute mess. The finish was terrible and there was heavy creasing and folds in the vamp and along the sides. I believe they suffered a failed patina attempt. Luckily I was able to strip and restore the finish with a custom patina and shine and I completely re-shaped the shoes by steam shrinking them onto lasted shoe trees. The re-lasting was totally new for me but I am thrilled with the outcome. Let me know what you think!
