Here's the ingredients: 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour ¾ cup Truvia® Sweet Complete™ All-Purpose Sweetener ½ teaspoon kosher salt 2 teaspoons baking powder 6 tablespoons melted butter 1 egg 1/2 cup milk 1 tsp vanilla extract Juice from half a lemon Zest from the lemon 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries Next, add the salt and baking powder. In the same pitcher that I have milk to get our muffins nice and soft, I’ll add melted butter, vanilla extract, and an egg. Now to get the lemon essence in there - zest of a whole lemon and juice from half of a lemon. Mix it all up and pour into the bowl. For the blueberries, you could use either fresh or frozen, don’t thaw the blueberries if you’re using frozen - just toss it in a little bit of flour and mix it with the batter just until combined.
