I show scribing a curve with a bench-mounted belt sander, templating the architrave, routing the rebate over a stainless weather bar, and setting a perimeter draft seal (Aquamac/Deventer) for zero light gaps. We cut a precise leading edge for smooth swing, make curved glazing beads, jig-mortise hinges, and fit latch/Euro cylinder locks. Plus a removable weather bar using the Lamello Zeta P2.
